Agnish Aditya is an Advocate practising primarily before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. An alumnus of National Law University Odisha, he has 7 years of experience advising and acting for clients in complex commercial, constitutional, testamentary, and property disputes.
Currently assisting Mr. Arvind K. Nigam, Senior Advocate, and managing independent mandates, Agnish has had the privilege of contributing to significant constitutional matters—including those before 9-Judge and 5-Judge Constitution Benches of the Supreme Court. Prior to this, from June 2019 to June 2023, he served as a Chamber Junior at the Chambers of Mr. Raghavendra M. Bajaj in New Delhi, where he was responsible for drafting, filing, and arguing critical matters on the commercial side and in public law.

- All India Judges Association & Ors. v. Union of India (2025 SCC OnLine 2500): Acted with Mr. Justice Rajiv Shakdher, SA, before the Constitution Bench on behalf of 105 Direct Recruit Judges of the UP Higher Judicial Services, successfully opposing reservations for promotee judges.
- Property Owners Association v. State of Maharashtra ((2024) 18 SCC 1): Acted for an intervenor before the 9-Judge Bench regarding the interpretation of "private property" within "material resources of the community" under Article 39(b).
- S.G. Vombatkere v. Union of India ((2022) 7 SCC 433): Acted for the lead Petitioner challenging the constitutional vires of Section 124A of the IPC (Sedition law), resulting in the Supreme Court staying its application.
- Dr. Jacob Puliyel v. Union of India (2022 SCC OnLine SC 533): Acted with Mr. S. Guru Krishnakumar, SA, for Bharat Biotech in a challenge against vaccine mandates and the EUA granted to COVAXIN, successfully defending the EUA's validity.

- Amazon Technologies Inc v. Lifestyle Equities CV (2025 SCC OnLine Del 4625): Acted for Amazon in a regular first appeal, securing a rare unconditional stay on an ex-parte decree awarding Rs. 336 Crores, later upheld by the Supreme Court.
- Merck Sharp and Dohme Corp. & Anr. V. SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd. ((2021) 87 PTC 398): Acted for SMS Pharmaceuticals, successfully vacating an ex parte interim injunction and allowing the export of Sitagliptin HCl for R&D (a significant judgment on the Bolar Exception).
