Agnish Aditya

Agnish Aditya is an Advocate practising primarily before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. An alumnus of National Law University Odisha, he has 7 years of experience advising and acting for clients in complex commercial, constitutional, testamentary, and property disputes.

Currently assisting Mr. Arvind K. Nigam, Senior Advocate, and managing independent mandates, Agnish has had the privilege of contributing to significant constitutional matters—including those before 9-Judge and 5-Judge Constitution Benches of the Supreme Court. His notable engagements span high-stakes commercial litigations, intellectual property disputes, and critical public law challenges.
